Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County (formerly known as the Children’s Rehabilitation Center), has been providing services to individuals with disabilities for over 60 years. Originally founded as the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Ulster County in 1951 by a local pediatrician, Dr. Henry Bibby, and Rabbi Herbert Bloom, and a group of dedicated supporters, the organization remains dedicated to ensuring that persons with disabilities lead full and rich lives.
