J's Pizza

Terrible experience, wouldn’t order from them if the pizza was free, or the last pizza place in van. Ordering 2x extra cheese and asking for it undercooked, still arrives burnt, and paper thin cheese, if you try to call them to simple tell them the pizza isn’t want you paid $20.25 for. They tell you you’re wrong, and they barely speak English, so no doubt they didn’t understand my order “large cheese pizza with extra cheese” fairly simple English..? That sentence consists of 5 English words.. even going in to order, you say “hey how’s it going” and they stare at you like you’re a freak😂 no reply. Terrible customer service. Terrible pizza, overall not freindly (to cockasian people).. if I could give no stars, I would.

Got to enjoy J’s pizza at a local birthday party. Was highly impressed! Great crust and toppings. Would recommend you give it a try. Great for take out. Thanks J

Awesome gluten-free pizza options! So good. One of my favorite places in Abbotsford for some great pizza.

I created a google account, just to give these guys a horrible review. Large pizza, DOUBLE cheese. The cheese was paper thin, and burnt to a crisp. When called to complain we were literally told we were wrong and that it wasn't burnt. Do NOT order from these guys. They're terrible. Terrible pizza, terrible customer service.

Just the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company. Terrible customer service, no idea how the company is run or who is in charge. I was told to call between the two stores 4 times to make a complaint and then I just ended up being yelled at that I can't call them about their business and make a complaint. My attempts to find a manager or owner to make a complaint with turned up no professional with any knowledge of the website or how complaints are made. What is even happening here??
