I go back here only for the food. The food is ALWAYS amazing. If they didn't wow me with that, it would be a no.nI'm vegan and many dishes are already veggie or vegan. Some can be made vegan with easy swaps. Portions are good, although it's always kind of expensive since rice isn't included.nnService is usually lacking. I've almost always had things missed with my order, usually no one checks in once you have your food so you have to go to the front if something is forgotten or you need something.nnThat's not to say staff are not nice, they're always lovely.nnThe atmosphere is fine. It's a busy place and the traffic shows dirty doors, booth seats breaking down.nnGo for the food though, you won't be disappointed there.
The staff is very friendly, and was more than happy to give recommendations, I had the fish curry, and it was pretty fantastic, the tea was all right as well, and the portions are generous, my only major complaint is I ordered spicy, and I was given, medium, I know they’re just looking out for me, but it isn’t what I wanted, that being said everything else was spectacular, definitely my topic for a late night eats in Abbotsford
WATCH ORDERING ONLINE.nPlaced an order for pick up online tonight, it included a 10% tip..fine happy to pay.nHusband went to pick up, paid debit and paid an additional tip on top of the tip already posted online.. 26% tip for pick up. Ok sure.. I should have told my husband not to tip more he was obviously unaware but how many other people have they taken advantage of. They should tell people at checkout and be honest.nBe warned.nnFood was good though.
Food was not at all tasty!! We ordered chicken and paneer The chicken tasted weird no taste no aroma Felt like its boilednWe ate because we didn’t want to complainnI said onions were not good they were dry to which the guy said its suppose to be like that way !!nExcept few rest of the servers were busy talking to one another in front of the desk !
Nice clean restaurant . Service was perfect . That was our first time trying Indian cousin . We were not sure what to order . Finally we ordered chicken biryani , chicken tikka masala, and lamb/goat karahi. They were still so spicy even though chicken biryani was mild spicy can not blame them ! we loved it . The Nan was amazingly perfect we ordered two for to go nIt is far from us since we live in Coquitlam but for sure will go back there at our next visit
