I visited for the first time today, they were very friendly and im happy with the service provided. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere, smooth background music that I appreciate.

It was a disaster. The colourist didn't do what I wanted even though I had specified every little detail to her.I already had highlights of  the colour and size I wanted but she refused to respect that. In the end it's as if I didn't get any colour done. I had to be 6 inches from the mirror to see the colour. She was incompetent , refusing to do anything other than what she is comfortable with doing.
The hairdresser was good but he lost patience as the owner did when all I was trying to do is give instructions to make sure they did what I wanted. The owner has a very short fuse and no patience.  He hated the fact that I didn't trust him yet this is the only way I know how to get the look I want. If I trust someone it always turns out badly. 
It's the third time I have a man touching my hair and they've all had the same reaction . They cannot handle being given instructions and guidance. I will never go there again.

My very first experience at Jérome B.  Employees at the reception desk were friendly and curtious.  I enjoyed the way Simon, my hair stylist cut and styled my hair .  He is very professional and extremely in control with his cutting and styling equipment!  I brought and showed him a picture and he made it happen.  I have another appointment in five weeks.
