I went in person yesterday (Aug 16) and was given an appointment for 10am today - I was on the pavement at 10am and the door was locked. I phoned and there was no answer. There is still no answer and neither have they called me back. Hilarious place, sort of like the Twilight Zone. I am new to Montreal and need a hairdresser and thought I'd give this place a try. So much for that!

I went in because the website said they do extensions, I cab there for my booked appointment and was told they don't do those. I was then asked what else would I like if not extensions and I said a color to go lighter my hair looks awful its orange and brassy, and I left there very uncomfortable I walked across to pharmacy to buy items to fix my hair color :(

Saw the great reviews on google and gave it a try today. Inna is very nice and professional I had a root coloration and a cut, the price is very affordable and i'm really happy. I strongly recommend :)
