As much as I love Korean products, I found it’s sold 1.5 of the original price, and the staff clearly doesn’t know enough about the product, I think they need a better training or at least be friendly.

I've been going there and the other location for years. The prices are really good and the selection as well! I never bought a single eyebrow pencil elsewhere in my life actually.

I always shop there and the deals are great! I only went in to ask a question and the girl was super gelpful and very patient. I always get the face masks, they work a wonder on my skin!

This shop offers a lof of products and the women working there was so nice! I asked for advice, and she explained me which one she prefer after she tried and which is the most popular in korea. I spend around 30minutes in this shop to speak with her. It is a very nice shop!

I've been to 2 stores in Montreal: the one on St.Catherine has horrible customer service, but the girl working here was very nice. I was trying out bb cream on my hand, and she had the tissue ready right there for me once I was done, without me asking. She was also very polite with the greetings & answers to my questions, and gave me some samples 1 makeup cleanser and 2 facial masks with my purchase.
