It’s a scam. Even the supposedly real parfum has a fake box and a fake QR stucked on the box. Avoid at all cost.

SCAMMERS !!! They sell you perfumes for x3 price ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE. Everything they sell is at least x2 or 3x the price. They will lie to you and tell you this perfume is so and so, and retails at 90$ when it is actually 30$ price. If you ask them why it is like this, the sales lady will tell you that the ones from other stores or online are "fake" LOL what a joke.

Normally I don't give a review about anything no matter how bad the service or product they produce. But this store is essentially a SCAM and no regards to their clients. That fluffy Arabic lady changes its mood and become totally rude and gives you all the preposterous reasons to not take back their fraudulent items. DO NOT GO HERE AND FALL INTO THE SAME MISTAKES I MADE. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE EVEN EXISTING!!!

This is a SCAM I bought a perfume by carolina herrera GoodGirl at their shop and it doesn’t smell like it at all. It’s just alcohol. They sell fake perfumes. And they don’t give refunds Ill make a complaint.

I had a horrible experience with the sales lady on the 9th of December at their location at Eaton Center. I went in to return a perfume that was sold to me for an outrageous price which I only found out after buying. The sales lady called me a list and had a really terrible attitude. She even refused I never bought from her forgetting I was with a colleague at the time. I will never recommend you guys and will continue to let the public know that you guys are a real scam!!!

Terrible service. We bought a perfume and realized at home that it was the wrong one same bottle, package... As per the note on the receipt which clearly stated that we could exchange within 7 days but no refunds we went back for an exchange. The employee refused to exchange claiming there is no exchange if opened. There is absolutely no mention or condition of exchange on the receipt. Not only that, she tried to call the manager who did not even have the professionalism to talk to us. The manager over text, claimed that the person who sold us the perfume a few days earlier is a manager of 15 years and that we the client were wrong. Excellent customer relationship, where you totally disregard your exchange policy which is noted on your receipt a legal document between the buyer and the seller if they are not sure. On top of that you disrespect your customer by saying they didn't know what to order a perfume they've used for years. Avoid at all cost. They are not an honest business at all. Ps: this is my very first bad review in google! Well earned!!!

This place should not exist. The lady that attended me was very impatient and tried to sell me a perfume for the triple of its normal price. It also told me I could get a better price for perfumes "without an original box"...

im almost sure they are selling fake perfums, or their bottles are way too old, dont go there, biggest scam on earth !

Over priced, old used bottles of perfume. And terrible service!
