I went to the Old Port location today, early in the afternoon. There was not another soul in the shop besides the employee, Phillipe. We spent about 15 minutes talking - he was so incredibly kind and thorough, and gave me tons of insights into Aesop's different lines i.e. skincare, fragrances, etc. and their sustainability initiatives. While ringing me up, he also gave me some samples, and told me to come back and let him know how I liked them. One of the most attentive, genuine employees I've interacted with in a very long time. I had to write a review for such a wonderful experience! 10/10 will come back.
I came in to purchase a body cream, I’ve been to aseop stores before and and always treated extremely well. The cashier that helped Me was nice to the people In front of me. Come my turn he was extremely rude! He didn’t bother to ask if I wanted samples, I had to ask. However he did offer it to everyone else. Gave me a paper bag instead of a reusable one and I had to ask and he turns around to say “ok sure” I’m really upset that he treated me poorly as if I am not a paying customer!
Amazing products, great smells. The service is very friendly and efficient. The staff always makes you feel welcome, make you try different products, offer suggestions and give you samples. Very expensive, but worth it
Shopped here yesterday with Philip. He is incredibly kind and helpful! Give him a raise! Products are amazing too.
I am a loyal customer, but today felt like a cross between shopping at a morgue and talking to karl Lagerfeld. I recommend going to the Mile End for a better experience.
One of my go to brands and go to place to get some really good products. Staff is super cool and very helpful getting the correct product as per your needs. It's a bit expensive for sure but you again taking care of your eyes or skin can does cost a bit. I would definitely recommend going there and try out the products , you should be able to find something you will really love.
Janelle was so welcoming and patient to help me find the right cleanser for my skin type. She was knowledgeable with her products and didn’t at all made me feel pressured to buy more than what I need/am looking for. I also appreciate her energy altogether. She made me feel so relaxed and welcomed. Thank you.
The attention to detail and the sensory upheaval that Aesop provides with every single one of their products is simply unparalleled. Moreover, their customer service never ceases to exceed my expectations. I'm definitely one million percent addicted.
Would’ve bought tons more but had to fly home. Thanks TSA rules.. argh!! Great complimentary tea, fun music and wonderful help from Janelle! Thankful for her knowledge of the products and super recommendations around Montreal. I’m a loyal Aesopian and very pleased with this shop!
