I visited the store today and the owner was very friendly. He took my order. there wouldn't be any delivery as before to Ottawa. The order suppose to be ready in 3 months for pick up. The installation would be free if customer wants . I would give 4 stars for now only because I'd rather recieve a copy of the order that the owner would put for the manufacture not a handwritten one. I'll revise my review if there will be anything wrong with it in future.

I had previously used the products of ISTIKBAL and I know that it is a very good brand , terms of design, very good and fair price, and also the seller's excellent attitude.

First of all the owner is a friendly and helpful person. The prices are reasonable and most importantly the quality and design are far better than other stores. The delivery was as promised about 3 months, due to COVID supply chain issues. The installation was done very professionally. I highly recommend visiting the store.

We have bought our furniture from Istikbal. The owner of the store is a very nice and knowledgeable person and he took care of everything. He delivered our furniture safe and on time. It came intact. Everything looks amazing! If I ever buy furniture in the future again, it would be definitely from Istikbal as they have a great customer service and great quality.
