The Islamic Society of Southwest Washington endeavors to aid members in becoming balanced, productive, and well-adjusted individuals and improve the understanding of Islam and through religious, educational, and social opportunities.

Story

The Islamic Society of Southwest Washington is committed to improve the understanding and enabling the practice of Islam through:

Classes, lectures, and interfaith activities;
Maintenance of a mosque and community center for social and religious activities;
And serving as a liaison for community based social service programs.

The organization and Muslim community in Southwest Washington continued to grow. To address this growth the Islamic Society of Southwest Washington purchased a property in 2007 and established Masjid Al-Noor – the current location of the organization
