Les employés semble très peu enthousiaste par rapport au client. Jy suis allé pour une première visite, et le jeune homme à la réception ne m’a offert aucune explication ni pour les machines, ni sur les forfaits offerts par l’entreprise. Il m’a seulement fait remplir une feuille, m’a désigné le vestiaire et il est retourné à son cellulaire 2 secondes après mon départ.

L’endroit est beau et bien entretenu mais je suis désolé de dire que le service à la clientèle était atroce, j’avais beaucoup d’attente envers Isatis..
