Great gym, would highly recommend to anyone starting out as the people that go there are really fun and outgoing, and will help you when needed. The cost is also very low compared to any other gym, and you can take the Summum subscription to just try it out for a month. Great gym overall !

This gym seriously needs a major upgrade. Most of the equipment and facilities are outdated and look like they haven’t been updated in years. The machines feel old, the overall environment doesn’t feel modern, and it’s not what you would expect from a gym nowadays. A complete renovation and newer equipment would make a huge difference for members.

Crunch is an expensive overrated gym and for the advantages you got nothing even if you pick the summum so called membership, they would let you fight even before you go there over a spot with the only good coach they have for the group sessions With all due respect to the other coaches but Laurence in my opinion is the best.nFor 40$ a month you can’t even have full access to all the groups some of them are scheduled in the morning and not early morning you can attend and go to work no it’s at 8 or 9am ! And yeah they say it’s normal you need to set an alarm in your phone to book your spot just like the others you’re not that privileged! You can’t freeze your membership and it’s in their policy .. their response to that is that every franchise is independent we do not follow the crunch policy in freezing memberships! I mean it’s been a frustration, stressing out before the session knowing am I going or no ? Is there a free spot today ? For a gym flexibility is a must, pushing your clients to comeback everyday should be a goal. You do not miss a payment why should I content with two sessions a week and even more miss most of them when I can’t book ?! The customer service is completely unavailable. They need to accept constructive feedback and work towards improving their system to the client interest not theirs.

Crunch Fitness Chambly is long overdue for a serious update. The gym feels outdated, and it's clear that maintenance is not a priority. The water fountains don’t work half the time, equipment is constantly breaking down, and the bathrooms are frequently out of service — which is unacceptable for a facility people use daily.nnThere’s also not enough equipment for the number of members, which makes it hard to get a proper workout, especially during peak hours. On top of that, some of the staff eat strong-smelling food inside the gym area, and the smell spreads everywhere — not exactly the environment you want when you’re trying to train.nnI recently visited the new Crunch Fitness in Brossard and the difference is night and day. Modern equipment, clean and functional amenities, and a much more professional vibe. They need to take a serious look at its standards and invest in major renovations
