One of the best gyms in Markham. Great for all lifters and fitness fans. Very supportive community and environment to lift in, changed my life.

Hardcore gym. Good equipment. Its a small gym though it is hard core training facility. You can use chalk. This is where real lifters go to train. You see bodybuilders and powerlifters there all the time. Just the bathrooms are not that great though otherwise a great place for serious lifters.

Positives: lots of equipment for weight lifting and cardio, nice helpful staff, 24 hour access. Negatives: not very clean, disorganized, no proper space for stretching, warm/ups cool downs etc
