Fight Fit Bootcamps - Stouffville Kickboxing

I joined Fight Fit during the 6 week challenge and they have really helped me get my motivation back to get to the gym. I lost about 15 lbs and 6.8% BF in the 6 weeks. I have never done kickboxing before and I’m really glad I did it with Fight Fit. The classes were really intense but a lot of fun. After the first class, I was hooked. The instructors all took the time to learn your name and went around to give feedback on form during both the kickboxing and after burn classes. Both the instructors and all the members made the environment very welcoming and non-judging. Everyone was there supporting each other which I feel is the best kind of environment to work out in. Thanks everyone at Fight Fit!

Fight fit bootcamp is an incredible, intense and FUN place to workout. Not only do you learn kickboxing techniques but your entire body will feel the burn. All of the coaches (Rebecca, Chris, Laura, TJ) are phenomenal and consistently motivate & push you to keep going and you'll love them for it. As part of a 12 month membership, I was given 5 free nutrition classes with Harrietta and it has been lifechanging experience. 5 classes may not seem like a lot, however, Harrietta takes the time to learn about your schedule and provide guidance and tips on what works best for you. All of the information she provided has allowed me to make lifestyle changes. I am so happy to have joined the fight fit family & can't thank the coaches enough!!

Fight Fit Stouffville has been amazing! All the coaches and staff are super supportive and I can't wait to reach my overall fitness goal!

I just joined and I have the best workouts here. The instructors are awesome! I have seen some of them workout and I have so much respect for their strength and ability to perform the moves they ask their class to do. It is super fun and challenging. I sweat buckets, I am feeling stronger and I achieving my fitness goals! I am so glad to be apart of this gym and ninja family.

Best all round workout I have done. All instructors are fun & tough. I highly recommend trying Fight Fit Boot camp.
