This place was great. The Irish mood is fantastic. The waiters were kind and helpful. The food was delicious. I had the cauliflower bites and the salad and they were wonderful. The cauliflower bites are great for sharing. The portion is big. I highly recommend this place.
Great atmosphere here! I have been here on multiple occasions with different groups of people and it is always a pleasurable experience. The venue is large and you can tuck away in a back corner, it upstairs, or front and center by the band. They always have live music which is always top-notch. They recently had a menu overhaul and its delicious!
Super busy place and we know why! The food and service are both spectacular! I ordered the poutine with a veggie burger as my protein, it was heavenly! Mr. Wonderful had their burger and was quite happy with it. This place was truly a great find; Happy customers, delicious food, stellar service, lively location = a terrific time had by so many of us in their outside dining area. We will for certain return!
A lively Irish pub in a great location in downtown Victoria just a few steps from the hotel where we were staying. We came for a few drinks and sat outside on the patio from where we could hear the live music playing inside. The cocktails were nice and the Guinness was poured gracefully. The service was very friendly and the staff took good care of us.
Historical property with old world charm, smiling servers and great musical talent. The libation selection is of a wide variety, and the food looked delicious. Came from out of town during a short cruise port and it was time we'll spent at Irish Times Pub! Felt right at home.
The pub is gorgeous, the building was constructed in the late 1800’s to be used as a bank read this on their drink menu. The decor is really cool inside. I went on a Wednesday evening, the place wasn’t too busy. We weren’t given a choice of where to sit bar stool or table which would’ve been nice to pick since both were available. Also there was a limited menu. My drink was $13.75 and my Mac n Cheese was $18.50 a bit expensive imo. We waited about 35 mins between order time and the food, again, it wasn’t busy. Also, our meals came a few mins apart. Our waiter didn’t deliver either plate. All in all, these factors made for a less than satisfying experience here. Please consider my notes if you are management. If you want to dine here and read reviews like I do, I wouldn’t cross this off your list. Give it a try and see if they’ve improved.
Well my only regret here is that I didn't take pictures of the desserts. The Irish coffee was an original Irish coffee and it was delicious. Of course on the dessert they have like a baked item with ice cream that is absolutely fantastic.
A good spot to have a pint with a great ambiance. The flight of local beer was really good and the serving of fish and chips was generous and delicious.
We finally had poutine here which we felt was an important thing to do before leaving Canada. It was delicious! We really enjoyed the beer and Irish grub.
Great Irish Pub! We were impressed by the careful attention to matching beer with glassware from that brewery. The brass and wood and intricate light fixtures really give the space a lot of character. It is a bit of a touristy restaurant and very crowded at times. A little bit overpriced as well, and the live music was way too loud in our opinion.
