Every time I visit IOS, I always felt the warmth of the family that runs the restaurant. I am WELL FED and treated like family. The staff are all kind and so much fun! This is the exact environment my new husband and I wanted to celebrate our marriage in. They took such good care of us during our reception dinner. We had a section to ourselves which made the evening more intimate and cozy. Everyone was so pleased with the food and we especially loved how our glasses were never empty!! ; An immense THANK YOU to the IOS family. James & I are so warmed by your hospitality and can't wait to celebrate many more milestones with you.

IOS is the best Greek restaurant I have been too and it’s a gem that we have this in hamilton. Simply put if you want an experience this place is it. The clientele, staff and cleanliness of the restaurant is excellent. You are greeted warmly when you arrive and when you leave. Overall the customer experience is incredible. This is a true family restaurant. There is always staff available to refill your water or take away your plates. You’re not looking around wondering when you’ll be served. It just happens perfectly. Staff interact with you and are delightful and patient. Let’s get to the food. The steak, lamb and chicken were cooked to temp perfectly. Veggies were beautifully done and the salads were generous with excellent ingredients. You will be taking home part of your meal as the portions are generous. We didn’t have the gyro this time but is completely authentic compared to any of the other restaurants I have been to. The specials for the day are definitely a must and that’s what the steak pictured was at the time of this writing. They also offer lots of gluten free food as they use whole ingredients and not pre-made items. They have an excellent Greek wine list with bottles not available in the LCBO. Try them out! Overall IOS is definitely worth going to and one of the best in hamilton. We can’t wait to go back.

Where to even begin with this review!? . When I walk into a restaurant for the very first time, I am not only interested in the quality of food, but more so, I am interested in the authenticity of the food, quantity vs. price if it makes sense and most importantly-the customer Service!. . Living in such a fast paced environment, we often find ourselves experiencing little or subpar level of customer service. It's almost rare to come across a place that checks off all the boxes-and some. . Well may I introduce you to IOS! . Listen, I have tried many Greek restaurants-especially in #hamilton BUT -BY FAR hands down this place took it all the way home for me! The level of Customer Service, The quality of food and the QUANTITY! The platter for four-Family style My mouth is watering just thinking of it. AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE PORTIONS!!! This place screams out authenticity with a twist -The three dips tray with Pita that they serve as a starter Will make you want to break a plate and scream OoOOOOOoooOppPPPpAAAA! . The drinks are amazing in my opinion done right and the level of care we recieved and attentiveness-we felt like family! . Thank You for making our special event that much memorable and for really taking care of us! Our guest could NOT STOP raving about it. The phone calls and feedback recieved the next day! . You have really brought back traditional Greek food and good quality service to Hamilton gave me an old school authentic feeling in the best way imaginable! . We will be back. I give Ios Try them out. Book your next special occasion! Believe me, you won't go anywhere else.

Great service, and great food, the chicken souvlaki could of fed 2 people lol, the grilled octopus was done perfectly, and the kids pasta was massive which also worked well the next day for lunch we will definitely be back.

A fantastic upscale family restaurant with fantastic and authentic tasting Mediterranean food. I enjoyed the fried calamari, zucchini chips, and pita with the best tasting tzatziki sauce I think I’ve ever had. Then for my main i enjoyed the chicken souvlaki with rice and veggies. Can’t wait to go back again!

Food was amazing and huge portions. Staff was friendly. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Tables a little to close to each other my only issue. Will be back.Food: 5/5

If you love Greek food you have to eat here! Food was simply delicious and filling. Food portions very generous!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Will visit again soon!!!

This was my second time visiting IOS, and again I was completely satisfied. I brought two friends with me this time and one of them was celebrating her birthday. This was their first experience and they could not be happier or fuller after enjoying their delicious meal. The portions are plentiful, and the food seasoned perfectly as well as cooked to perfection. The restaurant is so clean, including the bathrooms which is one of the things that says a lot to me about an establishment. All the staff were completely friendly from the hostess who seated us, to our server Alex, who took extremely good care of us and the rest of staff who made us feel very welcomed. I just wanted to add that Alex made our evening even more enjoyable with his humor and pleasant demeanor. Thank you for another delicious and wonderful evening. Looking forward to doing it again real soon

The portions are king size! Price is super reasonable and you'll have left overs for 2 more meals Fresh and delicious we took my mom she also loves it here!! Parking: It's in a huge plaza tons of parking

We LOVED this place. It was an outing with my husband and parents so we didn’t mind spending a little extra. We enjoyed fresh fish and two bottles of retsina. The food was fresh, great and portions were generous. It was also very authentic. I mean, where else can you get fish and a full plate of rapini with grilled veggies and tons of lemon? The staff was very friendly too. Two thumbs up. I definitely recommend this place!
