El Che Sándwich $12.50 taste nothing special, price is high for the size of product. It’s a nice deco place and good business idea but need to be improved . Parking not easy at 10min rate $1

Delicious sandwiches. Very friendly vibe and loved the Devore and set up.

First time here today, ordered the Broadway with turkey, avocado, lettuce and sauce. Bun was very fresh and place was very clean and inviting. A bit pricey, but will come back again.

Nicely decorated, clean and appealing little sandwich shop with very friendly staff. Sandwiches are certainly decent but in my opinion not really Gourmet as advertised. As other reviewers have mentioned they are a bit expensive for what one gets- mind you, both sandwiches we purchased came with a little bag of cookies which was nice however, for $12 per sandwich as likeable as the staff and environment is I dont really feel the value is there.

I had a Very delicious sandwich here, the Italian gigolo, I had the last one. Yuuuumm

Finally a decent small eats place with an exciting menu close to the major Oak&Broadway intersection. Unassuming but surprisingly pleasant. Great choice of English, Spanish, Mexican, Italian, German sandwiches. Their bread is of the best kind, light and perfectly suited for delicious, tasty and original garnish, from prosciutto, to all kinds of quality meats and cheeses. Try the excellent La Ostia and Gigolo! Great choice of coffees and desserts of course. Only few high chairs and a counter though, seats would add confort. But staff and owners are friendly and accommodating. I am certain to stop at the Factory very often. I highly recommend it.

I was excited to see this new sandwich place in the Nieghbourhood and ordered a couple of sandwiches. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed. Quality ingredients, and sandwiches were good just not a good value. I probably won’t get them again. For $30 I could make two significantly better and larger sandwiches. Too bad, I was gonna be a regular. Best wishes to the owner though, they seem nice.

Their prices are high and the serving size does not reflect these prices so most likely their focus is on paying the rent with these prices. Unfortunately the sandwich wasn't anything to rave about, good yes but I can make or get a good sandwich anywhere. Won't be back to help pay their rent for something I can get anywhere.

Had the Porta Vallarta Torte. The bread was so yummy! But everything else was lackluster. Felt like there was 1/3 of the filling of a regular sandwich. At this price point like Meat & Bread I expect to have a sandwich make me full. I don't think this sandwich fits the bill. Maybe the other ones are better?

The place looks really nice, the staff is friendly and the sandwiches are really good. I had a Che sandwich and it was satisfying and tasty. The cookie was a great way to finish the meal.
