Story

OC3 is a team of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Active Release (ART) & Shockwave practitioners, Registered Massage Therapists, Naturopaths, Yoga & Pilates teachers working together under one roof.

We specialize in muscular, neurological, and skeletal pain, along with acute and chronic workplace and sports injuries.

This team does an amazing job! I've received treatment from both Roma and Chad, both are excellent. They get in and effectively address your issues with a range of techniques, but never schedule more appointments than they think are necessary to treat your issues. I've also received massage treatment which was great and the reception staff are always friendly and accommodating. Overall a great experience when you go, and I cannot recommend them enough!

This place is fantastic, extremely professional and is an extremely well integrated clinic. It’s wonderful to have so many services consolidated in one place (Chiro, physio, massage therapy, etc) and have these professionals work together to bring the best treatment to you. I’ve seen most of the professionals here and always leave feeling better. They typically will provide exercises or “homework” and genuinely care about your well being. I have seen Dr. Chad Wilson who has used active release treatment (ART), needling and other traditional methods and feel immensely better. I’m so glad to have come across this clinic which is now a staple part of my wellness plan – highly recommend for anyone in need and/or suffering from chronic pain - especially athletes!

I've had to seek treatment for chronic nerve and muscle pain for years and was so lucky to have been introduced to OC3. Though they offer even more services I've had adjustments, A.R.T., Trigger Point Dry Needling, exercise therapy, Registered Massage Therapy, and even Yoga there. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned. The clinic itself has a very homey comforting atmosphere but most importantly these therapists have helped me become pain free and maintain a higher level of physical health over the last 5 years than I've had before. I'm very grateful for their care!

I especially appreciate how you EDUCATE the patient, with such care and attention, about what may be happening in the body and the subtle techniques that can be used in the exercises. These techniques have even helped me with other incidents of injury. I also appreciate how you have the interest of the patient at heart, even financially, by not pressuring the patient into booking more sessions than necessary. My special thanks to Shelagh and Marc!

I have been using OC3 since it opened. With chronic lower back pain, Dr. Wilson’s combination of ART, medical acupuncture and adjustments have kept me moving. Shelagh has helped me with dry needling and an exercise program to keep my muscles in tune. When I need a great massage, I see Devin. Living 1.5 hours away, I only wish this clinic was closer. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and quiet waiting room.
