Physiotherapy on Kent

I've been in to see Emma for a few different issues and she has been nothing less than completely amazing. One thing that sets this place apart from many others I've been to is that they seem very committed to resolving issues and minimizing the need to come back. With some other physiotherapists I've felt like some appointments were booked extraneously for the sake of charging me extra money but not actually out of a true need. The care here is excellent and all staff I've interacted with have been warm and pleasant to deal with.

I have been to quite a few other Physiotherapists in Ottawa and this is the best one is by far the best. Unlike other Physiotherapists, they have modern equipment and a great setup. The staff here is very accommodating and friendly. Each time I have had an injury, I go here by default and within 2 sessions, I am feeling much better. Joe (clinic director) is excellent at what he does, always provides a lot of great recommendations and is very friendly. Highly recommended.

I have been to see Joseph for physio a couple of years ago when I broke my leg. He was absolutely wonderful. Very good and very friendly. Recently, I pinched a nerve in my upper back area which was excruciating so I made an appointment with Jeff for physio. He was pretty good as well, very nice and knowledgeable. Then I booked a massage with Chantal... all I have to say was holy geez she is good. We weren't sure if it would work but it did. I just came back from my second one with her and looking forward to see how I am going to feel after this one. I love everything about this place. Would recommend to anyone who wants an excellent experience.

I don't usually post reviews, but I've been extraordinarily pleased with my treatment here. I've seen multiple practitioners for months at a time, and I haven't seen the results I've seen with three sessions here. If you're on the fence about a therapist, seriously consider this establishment.

Saw Jeff Edwards for recurring problems with my calf. Jeff is friendly and knowledgeable and provided information, therapy, and exercises to help me move forward. Unfortunately, I did not feel like there was an attempt to get to the root cause of my (recurring) injury, nor was the rehabilitation plan as focused as I thought it should be.
