Intact Insurance

Our cabinets were replaced by something of “similar quality”. Our kitchen had been in place for 56 years, the replacement cabinetry began to peel two years after it was replaced. Intact says there is nothing they can do and that by today’s standards this is the same quality as what we had- never mind most cabinets have a 10-25 year warranty..... I do not recommend- this is only the most recent in a string of issues we have had since our restoration.

I am in the middle of a very serious fire damage claim and I can't say enough about the great care I am receiving from Intact and their subcontracted parties as well. Alexander McCann has been great to work with and I am always happy to say so when people groan that it must be a struggle. It has been a very good experience coming out of a very bad one. Thank you.

I recently had cause to submit a water damage claim to Intact following a basement flood (city sewer backup). Intact had a disaster mitigation team on-site in under 3 hours. Amazing response since I counted at least 4 other houses just within eyeshot experiencing a similar problem. Once I was in contact with my adjuster things progressed at a rapid pace resulting in a settlement that I thought was 100% fair based on my submission. I've heard horror stories from friends about insurance claims, so I'm really happy that I'm with Intact. Thank you!

I have over 30 years of customer service and I work in support as one of my careers. The anxiety of a 'hit and run' 2 weeks ago stressed me out but Intact made it so smooth and easy. Their staff is very professional and courteous, not to forget about the level of transparency and communication was second to none. The fact they have a 'one stop shop' where they take care of everything was great. I dropped off the car and they had a rental for me ready to go. I was in and out in 20 mins. Frankly, I cannot say enough about them. My business will remain with them with this level of service for sure.
