Beyond the exceptionally affordable prices The Personal offers I can attest that their claims department is second to none. Making a claim was incredibly easy and they had my car dealt with in a timely fashion. When I received my car back there was a safety issue with the repairs and The Personal went above and beyond to provide me with a rental car just so I can safely travel to see my family for the holidays. If there are some thing less than 1 start I have to give it to this company Worst customer service and claim handling ever Two weeks waiting adjuster give us a call about the accident . when we try to call he is always out off the office left VM no call return. Car at police inbound for more than 2weeks Customer service terrible I don't know how they running the business

When I made a claim, they assigned an advisor to me and told me that if the person who hit my car doesn't cooperate I can call this advisor. I ended up calling my advisor, which went straight to voicemail so I left a voicemail message. After a few days, she still didn't return my call so I called again and it went straight to voicemail again. In the end, they never called me back and never answered the phone. They are not available at all when you need them.
