Sorry folks but I must speak the truth .. when speaking with the representative they asked if I have any canceled insurance policies due to non-payment I explained I have a false report of non-payment and I explained the situation to them however when I told them that it's before the courts they told me I'm sorry but I have to give you a $250 fine towards your quote and the bottom line is I am guilty until proven innocent and must pay fines for the rest of my life until the false report can be removed from my record this is very wrong they are pocketing $250 from a false report so my choice is now are drive without insurance or pay $250 extortion fee

Before calling Insurance Hotline, I spent 30 minutes talking to another insurer who didn't let me get a word in and got me in an argument with my wife. Cassidy from Insurance Hotline was much more polite and cordial, a breath of fresh air, really. Also, she was efficient. She immediately put me in touch with another insurance company Scoop Insurance which might just have ended my search. I recommend Insurance Hotline whole heartedly, and get Cassidy a pay raise already!

The hotline called me once I interacted with the system online. They missed me but I called back. They were very professional and immediately connected me with a broker from the specific insurer that I wanted to use.

I called regarding auto insurance quotes - my situation was complicated due to having two teenagers to insure. Brandon was the broker assigned to us, who worked professionally, politely, diligently and thoroughly to help us out. He was fantastic...highly recommend working with him!

Within 5 minutes of my request, a pleasant voice called me in explaining the next step in contacting the choice I made and was quickly transferred to the  broker.

Absolutely unbelievable service. I had filled the online questionnaire and within 2 min received a phone call. The brokerage I was recommended is fantastic and so very helpful!

Natasha is very easy to deal with. I commend her for being professional on her work and have the patience to listen to my sentiments on my current auto and home insurance. For sure, I will recommend your company to my client as well. Great job and kuddos to Berrett as well.

I was shopping around for auto insurance and saw a good quote online for home and auto insurance as my auto insurance is due on December 2nd 2022. Called the number and spoke with terry who was very respectful and asked some preliminary questions and got me connected to the right person Alex and I must tell Alex is very detail oriented and kind who discussed with me all what i needed and not even one second I felt pressurised that she is forcing me to get the insurance from their company and offered me the best rate in the market ane cheaper than my own insurance company whom I am insured with only for auto insurance and she sent me the quotes to my email id as I mentioned her that I will contact my insurance company to see if they can offer me something comparable then I would probably decide but I think I am going to go with Scoop insurance as I felt very relaxed and also getting a better price.. great job guys highly recommend scoop insurance.
