Price is good. Agent performance varies a lot. Night time or weekend agent can give you wrong answers and day time agents have to correct. Not acceptable.
Poor customer service, price was good my brother wanted to get insurance for 2 cars and he wanted to know if things could be done a little quicker as his insurance was about to expire. The agent was super rude and simply told him to go to another company. His name is keshavjot singh he called on feb 11th at around 11am.
