Our designer, Mandi, was great. She was very attentive to our needs. She used clever design software that she projected onto a large TV screen and worked with us to ensure we were happy. Any little change was immediately shown to us. When the cabinets were delivered yes, this takes time, the modular construction makes it easy to install in just a few days. Sheila is the best designer we have ever had. She helped us redesigning an existing bedroom into a walk-in closet. We are amazed by her presentation, very thoughtful, well prepared and flexible to show us new ideas real time in their showroom. She was very professional and gave us the necessary time to finalize the design options. She pays attention to detail and fully prepared for any questions we had. Her customer service is also top-notch. She stays on top of things through the entire process from design to installation. Everything was professionally installed by their own installers. I recently used California Closets for the third time in four years to install two sets of cabinets in my laundry room. This time, the results even surpassed the service I received in 2018. Rasa helped me on the design of my latest project and Hayden installed the cabinets a few weeks later. Both employees were very professional and are experts in their fields. I worked with Design Consultant Sheila Pacheco last year to design a walk in closet, and was so impressed with her knowledge & recommendations. I had lots of ideas & questions, which Sheila patiently worked through & answered. I give Sheila a 5 star review, and would love to work on another project with her in the future. The installer also did an excellent job, although I can’t remember his name. The 4 star review has to do with the fact that the drawers were not available on the day of installation, which meant a 2nd installation date had to be arranged, which was canceled at the last minute & re-scheduled, delaying the project completion by 6 days.

She was absolutely amazing to work with! From the first day she came in with an open mind and the flexibility to help achieve exactly what I was looking for.
