Inspire Restaurant

First time coming here. We ordered the chicken waffles and the Inspire burger. The burger was good, and the fries were crispy. Chicken and waffles was just average. The fried chicken was nice, but they added some kind of fruit jam which did not make it better. The waffles were also soggy. For $22 each, the portions were acceptable. I had no issues with the service. The food came pretty slow though, considering we were the first table to place an order.

Taste: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Setting: 5/5 Value: 5/5 The food here was great, and although the place was packed, the servers were quick to clean and set a table for us as soon as one was open. The menu was packed full of goodness that we are looking forward to returning to eat! The fries were very well done, and paired excellently with the dipping sauce. The burger was perfectly medium rare and each bite was a delightful mix of Asian and Western flavors. Each ingredient was clearly well thought out and complimented each other for a very delicious meal. The rice was very fragrant and all of the food was very fresh. Each ingredient had clearly been carefully selected to combine together for this dish, culminating in a dish that was full of flavors, yet did not feel heavy afterwards. Overall, this is a restaurant that I strongly encourage people to visit, and I can't wait to go back again!

We google for fusion restaurant in Markham and it recommends Inspire which at the end doesn't disappoint us. This cozy but small restaurant opens only after 15:00 on weekday and offers quite tasty cuisine. We ordered the Duck Confit Fries as a starter followed with Chicken & Waffles and Handi Greens salad. These are recommended by reviews and the meals were delicious with special sauce to go with. Chicken Waffles was a bit heavy overall but good we ordered the greens to balance out. Sure for Inspire if you are looking for something special, but please make reservation in advance to avoid the queue.

Authentic, one of a kind, fusion cuisine and juicy delicious dishes - I will definitely be coming back. 5 stars for excellent customer service, juicy original tasting burger, fair priced for high quality meals and large portions.

Service was great, the waitress would come back to refill our water from time to time. The atmosphere was what I expected for dinner, nice, dim and cozy with small seatings. We ordered the calamari, duck fries, and chicken waffles. The chicken waffles is a must, it's basic but they do it good.

We had heard great things about Inspire and finally got to try it. So glad we did. The restaurant has a neat funky vibe and creative look inside. We had a few dishes: the crab croquettes which were really tasty and a generous portion, the Hanoi salad which was also so tasty but next time we'll ask for less dressing, the salmon burger with fries the fries come dressed with a shallot aioli which is the best aioli I've ever had! Addictive! And finally the Loco moco which is a rice dish with coconut rice, shrimp, beef and more. For two people this was more than enough, we ate about half of it because the portions are so large! Super tasty and creative. A rich meal for sure and a nice treat.

Had a wonderful evening at Inspire! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. The duck truffle fries are a must! And while you're at it, have yourself one of their signature drinks to get your started. Everything on the menu is awesome. We had the chicken and waffles as well as the burgers. Just awesome!!

The food here was great, lots of flavours with all the dishes. Highly recommend to share among your friends or family. The go to is either chicken and waffle or the hamburger.

To begin, I would highly recommend this place. If Google could give half or "point" raitings, this place would be very close to a five. The ambience is nice, a little cramped, but it has that hipster gen Z, Instagram that we all know and love. Service is friendly, sufficient, and overall effective whereas my food The chicken and steak over waffles was excellent and well-priced. I thought the food was overpriced at first, until the food came out, which was an extraordinary portion. Overall, the taste was excellent and I would highly recommend my dish. Had a friend order a burger which came with a monstrous load of fries and another who ordered the fish bowl over rice. Overall, if I stuck with my food it would be a five out of five, but the other dishes that my colleagues let me try were on the more mediocre side. So overall, in my personal experience, Inspire would be almost perfect, but perhaps in light of other's experiences and food taste it may be closer to a great rather than a perfect. Ultimately, it's worth a shot, especially if you try the meat over waffles.

Came here on a date night and it did not disappoint. The flavours were mega tasty umami! We ordered a few things which ended up being a lot so we had leftovers worthy of a full leftover meal. We started with the Duck Tacos which is very tasty, the duck confit and salsa was very flavourful and the crispy taro chips on top enhanced the overall profile of the taco giving it a crunchy yet soft taste We ordered the Wagyu Loco Moco which is a Hawaiian dish, very tasty aswell and massive portion! I do wish that the egg was a little more runny to mix together with the coconut rice but overall we enjoyed this! Lastly we ordered the Waff Out Loud and this dish is huge, the waffle had steak on one side and two chicken breast on the other! Extremely tasty everything went well together! We also got some drinks and I recommend the White Grape Lemonade! It is sooooo good! Doesn't even taste like alcohol. My girlfriend got the Yuzu G&T which was also good, very refreshing!
