Ordered from Ubereats from two different locations. The McCowan and HWY 7 location burger looks and tastes very different from another location for the same order. The buns are different and have less things are placed on the burger. The wrapping paper were also different. The patty looks smaller and overcooked. Would rather order from another location than this.
Uber eats wrong item. I did uber eats for this last night and it was advertised that a combo includes a 20oz drink. Instead I got a 355ml drink, which was basically 12oz and the store doesn’t contact me before hand so I end up getting the order as it is. When I called the store around 10pm, a female answered the call and she told me to come in person for a free fountain drink? If thats the case why am I ordering uber eats?? Obviously I can’t pickup food so I had to order online. I’m here sick at home and you guys want me to come sick into your store for something the store messed up on? based on uber eats policies they should contact customer if they can’t give the right items but clearly this store has no clue about their uber eats policies. My Thursday night got ruined thanks to this store.
Always consistent. Hero burgers is a family favourite when we want something quick and delicious! Customized the way you want it and we always get our onion rings! Burgers are always juicy and free from hormones. And you can taste it! Meaty goodness. Service can be hit or miss. This time was a hit. They are attentive and listen, considering how many customizable options are available to the consumer. She thought a pick up order was mine and when she found out it wasn’t, she asked the back of kitchen to see if it was almost ready. Very nicely done! Preparing person didn't use gloves in the kitchen to make burger sandwich. He was using fingers and hands to prepare our sandwich. I didn't like that
Food isn't as good as what it used to be pre-covid. You can see and taste the decline in quality but unfortunately the price remains the same. Burger tastes like something out of a backyard BBQ which isn't bad but definitely not what you would expect from hero burger. Ingredients have all been downgraded from the bun to the meat. I won't be returning to this location at least while the covid pandemic is still an issue.
The food here is always freshly made to order so it does take a little bit of time but it is worth it! Hot juicy burgers are . The customer service is great! The girl at cash is super nice!
This place is always pretty clean and the staff are always friendly. They have a lot of options almost to a fault but regardless their burgers are actually good and have premium ingredients. it is costly for a Burger fires and drink at about 14$ but you do not feel ripped off. Would go again.

Quality of food as clearly gone down considering how tiny the chicken is
Food quality is better than other fast food chains. You get more soft drink choices here. I am a big fan of Coke, and here you get different Coke flavours such as Coke orange, Coke lemon..... about 10 varieties. I am drinking Coke orange
