Hi, I had an amazing massage with Susan today, I booked one hour and she was awesome, very kind and attentive. The smell was indescribable. One of the best massage that I have ever had. I do recommend this salon, and this amazing therapist. Thanks a lot.

It was a quiet, welcoming and clean environment. I felt immediately relaxed and able to unwind. Excellent therapist and then the tea afterward helped me warm up and gradually transition out of the massage experience and into the world at large.

Nice clean and relaxing environment. Excellent service.  One of the weakest deep tissue massages I have experienced in years, despite asking for a very strong massage.  Didn't release any of my pain points or knots. Expensive for relaxation and a light touch.

I Absolutely Recommend!! 5 stars. I Booked a body and facial massage. And it was really worth it. Super peaceful environment. TWYLA was my massage therapist- extremely knowledgeable, and kind.

Very clean facility with a very nice vibe. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had amazing massages and the sauna was the perfect end to our appointment.

I had such a great experience with my skin specialist for a facial. She knew my skin, asked the requirements and gave effective tips to maintain a routine. They never came across pushy or “too fancy” for us vibe , which you normally you’d get at some spas. I’d recommend their services to anyone long to rejuvenate their skin for a special occasion.

I went to innerbalance for a few years then stopped going because i moved. After visiting them earlier today since i would be in the neighborhood, i received a massage from the owner only to realize afterwards that there was no prompt to tip. So i looked at the receipt and saw that she pre-punched the tip in for me...which is a little strange. Ive always tipped 15% when visiting here so im not sure why that was necessary? Anyways that was unexpected and definitely not appreciated..

I have had the pleasure of being a client at Inner Balance Spa for 18 years. Since the beginning, they have offered exceptional service, knowledge, and care. Truly, the best spa in the city.

Clean, tranquil and relaxed environment. Friendly front desk staff, and warmly greeted by our masseuse's. We had Karen & Lisa for our massages, and have no complaints. They asked which areas we'd like to be focused on and they did just that. We were offered a warm tea in a to-go cup. We left very relaxed and left with a lot less tension in our shoulders. Prices are fair, a teeny bit on the expensive side. I will visit again soon!

What a lovely experience here. The space is so calm and relaxing. I had booked the body scrub and got the room with the steam shower. It was a very rejuvenating experience. Terry was very knowledgeable and recommended some add ons for the next time for this to feel like a much fuller experience. I was on a time crunch this time, so the body scrub was good- but I would definitely add this to a massage next time!
