Nolan is by far the best massage therapist I have encountered in Calgary. After trying many different places over the years I always come back to mantra simply because of the quality of therapeutic massage therapy here from Nolan.

I've seen Mandy several times and she is always attentive and makes sure to work on any problem areas I have. She knows exactly how much pressure is required and I always leave feeling better than I did going in.

Trish at Mantra Wellness downtown is superb! She hits all the right spots with the exact amount of pressure with an excellent technique. Her vibe is very soothing and the establishment is clean and welcoming.

Mantra is the best place I have been too for a long time now. All staff are very skilled and their expertise is spot on. I feel great and on the mend after a massage. They are so spontaneous with walk ins or last minute appointments. Thanks guys
