Inland Hotel

Hotel has great aesthetics. Location is an advantage, it is close to essential establishments malls, airport, convenience stores, restaurants. However, I am giving this the lowest rating due to our horrible experience with the staff especially at the front desk, the overpriced food, and the overpriced rooms. While some of the staff are trying hard to be friendly they needlessly greet you every time they see you, some of them are also rude. Management perhaps need to re-train the staff on how to properly communicate with guests we encountered rude staff and manage bookings. Food was rip off-- pricey but not tasty. You don't get the value for what you paid for. The only good thing is that there are restaurants nearby. Some rooms need repairs, CRs are foul-smelling due to poor maintenance? and if you get lucky, there are rooms that have cockroaches and mosquitoes those near the pond.

The hotel is a not small and should be expected to be nice and amongst the best in the City. The rooms are okay. But the staff are not helpful at all. You check in, and your villa is far away you have to walk with your luggage on uneven pavement and you have to find your best luck if you can find your room. Worse, it's raining. Some of the restaurant people are too loud like they're partying! It's annoying sometimes.

Attention ! For all customers... This Hotel/Resort is definetly 100% a waste of your money. All pictures in the Internet dosent show us the reaity.. It is extremly OLD and NOT WELL MAINTNED all of this is not the problem by the Covid Pandemic this Management problem exist loooong time. Many rules what you have/must to do as a customer and to order the food in the room like from Grab or similar it is not allowed... Some rooms are near by a little small like...we saw Milions of Mosquitos..you want them in your room But the best of all the President Mr.Duterte visit this Hotel and we are locked out of our room more then 6 hours....i tried to call them via phone and here all lines are disconnected. We still can not go into our room. Overall NEVER EVER AGAIN...

Such a peaceful and spacious place! Our rooms were big and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed night swimming in the pool too. The internet is fast at the restaurant area. I really love the buffet meals served at the Manay Maling Restaurant. So many delicious options each time and the items on the buffet changed each time as well. The staff were very accommodating and made our stay all the nicer. Thank you so much, Almont!

We had an awesome stay at Almont lucky because their rates are on promo. We enjoyed all the amenities especially at night, we play billiards while having a drink and swim in the morning. The room is very spacious, I think its great for families for quick vacay on weekends. They also offer summer programs for kids! Singing, swimming, painting class, ballet/dancing class and etc. The wi-fi connection is somehow weak when you're in the room, but once you're in the amenities area, its very accessible. The buffet is also great! The staff are very accommodating too.

Stayed overnight in April before a trip to Surigao del Sur. Rate surprised me it being a resort hotel. We took a room for 5 persons for only 2,400+. Children were enjoying swimming in the 2 pools that looked clean and well-maintained. There were also children having swimming lessons. Ballet lessons for little girls too! Our room was farther at the back but well within walking distance yet they took us to the building on a golf cart. Staff were all very helpful. Free airport transfers available.

Friendly staff, though response can be quite slow and amenities not enough for the number of people in the room. Delicious food and the swimming area looks inviting

With nice function room, clean CRs and courteous staff! However we found difficulty in going to our rooms because it's far from the function hall and it was raining! Covered pathways are recommended!

Although still the best hotel in Butuan, it is now old with repairs required in rooms and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Food can improve significantly for the price they charge. Overall, not a bad place, considering there is no better option in town.

Safe, environment delightful aura, friendly waiters/waitress, quick to city access, lovely over all..
