Service David was exceptional and the food was amazing. The pizza is a great balance of flavors. No one ingredient stood alone. They all worked together to create an evolution of flavor. The crust is some of the best I've had in many years. It'll be a destination for us the next time we're through here.
Why is the food so good here!? My husband and I made a day trip to hike some trails at Starved Rock. We decided to try Iniga after we worked up an appetite. We ordered the Eggs in Purgatory as a starter. It was phenomenal! It tasted extremely fresh like they grew the basil and tomatoes on site! It's served with warm bread and cheese filled popovers. I ordered the Apple Cider Margarita. It's served with a cinnamon /sugar rim! Yum! And my husband had a cocktail with spiced which was also yummy. For pizza, we tried one "safe" and familiar pizza the Salsiccia and one "off the wall" pizza the Pistachio and were were pleasantly surpsied by both. Everything was reasonably priced and serve hot, extremely fresh and absolutely delicious. Our serve Nathan was also delightful! Vegetarian options: Several veggie and meatless options Parking: Spacious parking lot Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free crust available
I was legit highly skeptical about coming here mostly because of a high end pizza place in a small town; I should have come sooner. This place gets right to the point. The pizzas are phenomenal. We 3 in the party ordered 3 pizzas and each one was equally as great. We shared a slice of each pizza and everyone had the same opinion...simply great pizza all around. Expect to drop some...wait for it...dough...but in my opinion totally worth it. Seriously though, it's on par for high end pizza
Absolutely amazing place. We’re only in town for a few days and this was our first stop - the staff immediately made us feel welcomed. Nathan, our waiter, provided some great recommendations and was an incredibly helpful person for our evening. He gave us some great spots to check out around town and spoke with us for a little awhile. Nathan was a huge part of our experience and we’re thankful to have had him at our table! Definitely highly recommend Iniga for any pizza or dessert, if you can fit it in needs. Vegetarian options: Several of the options are safe and viable for vegetarians! Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten-free crusts that are safe for people with celiac and are extremely tasty.
This is superb pizza. Super impressed by the whole meal- fabulous drinks, appetizers, pizza, and dessert. Watched our pizzas get made, and was sat right by the huge oven! So cool. Looking forward to returning!
Wow, everything here was delicious. Appetizers were amazing. Pizzas were phenomenal. Cocktails were excellent. Kicking myself for not having been here sooner. Everyone in my group was equally as impressed.Food: 5/5
Not to be difficult, but the Smoked Oyster Caesar Salad, which lists eleven ingredients on the menu - including smoked oysters - only ended up having lettuce, romano cheese, and oyster crackers - no oysters. I'm glad they were out of my preferred appetizer because I ended up ordering a pizza rather than just an app to go with my salad. The pizza arrived as ordered. It's reasonably good but definitely not spectacular. The panna cotta was tasty. The employees were welcoming and incredibly polite, and the restaurant has a warm, comfortable, casual feel. They have flags up outside for Pride. I just wish my food had matched the online menu.
The service was polite and helpful. The Pizza is actually Italian style. You can see the pizza on him from your seat and the atmosphere was nice but honestly two exhausted from a long hike at starved Rock to look to much into detail.
Wow! Napoli pizza in Illinois! Must visit if in area and want a pizza experience! The homemade burrata app is delicious. The best homemade burrata I’ve ever tasted! Our party had the margarita and puttanesca pizza along with the sausage and mushroom “fungi” pizza. Words can’t describe the taste!! Finished with the gelato flight with salted caramel, blueberry, and lemon sorbet. Perfect meal. Grazie Mille!!
This place was an epic accidental find. I will be back I can't even think of the words to do justice to how delicious the food is. They make everything from scratch so none of that pre-made canned stuff it is all deliciously fresh. If I could give them more stars I would. They truely are a hidden gem just off the beaten path in Ottawa
