"Unsurpassed comprehensive and compassionate medical care" I don't think so. I received everything but that from Dr. Mitchell, her staff and Sandy the "office manager". My first visit was okay, but the second I brought forth a concern about my unhappiness with how my care was being handled, I was treated very, very poorly from there on out. Instead of trying to correct my concerns and do better, I was shunned away by referral after referral. Was told on my second visit "If I wasn't happy with the care I was getting, I could go somewhere else". Tests results are not talked about with you by the doctor. A nurse calls you to reiterate the same results you can read online instead of explaining to you what they mean. This is a huge waste of time; you can't ask her any questions because she "doesn't know" and will have to call the doctor to go over it with her. This place doesn't know how to communicate with each other let alone a patient and isn't very skilled in patient care for CKD. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! I do not recommend and will be consulting with my attorney.
Very bad experience. Left me suffering multiple times, will not go into detail but they are terrible
Their staff is so nice and I hope to see them all again next appointment though Next week they're moving to another building I wonder if it's going to be just as easy to find as this one was
I love Dr. Dudash. She is a great listener. I'm glad she's my doctor.
NOAH THE PA DID A GREAT JOB.TOOK TIME..ANSWERED QUESTIONS. HAD A GOOD KNOWLEDGE, AND WAS CARING.
