UPDATE: it’s taking me 2 years to get this dental work done… TWO YEARS!! I have proof as well. And for those who are like “just come in with patience.” Hun, multiple of us have came with patience. But when it’s taking 2 years, TWO YEARSS, to get simple dental work done, you have nothing but NO PATIENCE. June 2022: I’m giving 2 stars mostly because most of the dental staff/dentist are very nice and understanding, but when it comes to trying to schedule an appointment for anything it’s like they purposely put you to voicemail and never answer. I’ve tried multiple times on my phone and no answer, but as soon as I use a friends phone they do…VERY horrible at getting any message through. Mind you, I’ve been going to this place since I was very little and as an adult now, I’m very fed up. If it’s an emergency or you want to take care of any dental work right away, do NOT choose this place…they are horrible at getting back with you and setting appointments up. Very nice staff though, just not good at getting back with their patients. Takes FOREVER to get an appointment!

I had scheduled an appointment months in advance due to them being booked, requested the day off of work even, just for them to call me mid afternoon... Shortly before my appt time... Telling me the hygienist is not in and will have to schedule me a few months out again! Then when asked if this will happen again... They replied " your guess is as good as mine"!

Receptionist is very rude!!!!! They’re very unprofessional and unorganized. Can’t even schedule an appointment. What’s the point of still being opened if no can schedule? Seeing these other reviews just made me want to stay away from this place permanently. Finding a new office today.

I went here yesterday and have used this facility a handful of times over the years. I have an unrealistic fear of dentists. No reason. Never had a bad experience. I'm just one of those that fear the dentist so I avoid until I can no longer endure the pain. With that said, arrived at 8:15 a.m. I did not have an appt. Signed in and filled out paperwork. Receptionist said I was second to go back. From that moment on, I was in and out in less than 40 minutes with a tooth extraction. Dr. Moore was fantastic and ever so gentle and kind. I apologize for not remembering her assistant, as she was just as wonderful. Thank you all for your professionalism and compassion .

Got dental work done here they did a great job!! Highly recommended just come with patience.

I gotten off of chemotherapy had a toothache and was told I had eight cavities as good as I took care of my teeth during chemo I felt in my heart the dentist was having a bad day or either thought she was going to get a Payday thankfully I got a second and had 0 cavities I only needed one old filling replaced from when I was a teenager please make sure you get a second opinion if you feel something in your heart is not right as if I had not been through enough she was not caring about my best interest only about using this opportunity to cash out!

The worse clinic. They never answer the phone. The front desk doesn't care about customers. The doctors are the worse, they treat people so bad. Especially the dental . Shortly, very very bad service. One year i call i make appointment, no one answered. And if you go there , they dont let you to enter if you dont have appointment.

Worst place to go for medical care!! They do NOT make sure you have your meds, Do NOT give refurrels to go to other Drs that can help you. Make you prove you have medical issues! but then don't treat you for them.even tho everything is in your chart. The Dr sucks!!! rolls and bats his eyes at you and then dismisses you being in pain..smh I honestly don't know how this place is even still open!! I will never go back to this hole they call a Dr. Office because it surely isn't one!

I came in to have a x-ray done because I had a terrible tooth ache. Terrible! Mind you I had no insurance. The receptionist were great. They told me about a federal program they offer that helps cover the cost for those who don't have insurance. After the x-ray was done I was told a molar was causing my pain. They said they were booked months out but if I came bk in the a.m. when they opened and waited for a no show, I could fill that spot. The next day I slept in and didn't show up til 10am but it was no problem. Not even 5 minutes later the Dr brought me bk to pull the molar. The procedure was fast and painless. Best part is it only cost me $80 including x-rays. The only mishap was they called me days later to say I still owed the $80 but I had paid cash right after the procedure. I told them that and the lady was polite, apologized and adjusted the billing. I recommend this place to just about anyone having tooth pain.

I went here for 4 years as my primary doctor, who abruptly left and nobody could tell me what was going on or help me get my medications or see an actual doctor, when I did he was dismissive, rude, and lazy! I complained of abdominal pain and discomfort and was blowin off as indigestion, No tests,no bloodwork, no concern, nothing! After a year of basically no help whatsoever, I called to complain to superiors and no one would call me back. Sought a real doctors office and had to have my gallbladder removed. So I suffered for a year and a half due to this places lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability. Everyone who worked there from the receptionist , nurses and doctors seems to be going through the motions and doing the bare minimum.
