Great customer service here and very friendly. The food is exquisite and is prepared in a timely fashion. Located on Washington Avenue in the area of all the stores the great place to stop during the day when you're doing your shopping and enjoying the sights of West Racine near Historic Mound Cemetery.

I called to place a pick up order and whoever answered the phone should NEVER work in any kind of customer service! He was extremely rude! Anyone who gives this place a good review had most likely mistaken it for the infusions on rapids, which is a great place!

Pizza was delicious! Love the thin crispy crust! I ordered 2 - 20 inch pizzas for a Girl Scout event. Everyone loved it! Super friendly service! Definitely will return!!

Except for Snapple, the only beverages they had was in two liter bottles. Nothing was diet, such as in diabetic friendly. There was almost no chicken in the chicken parmasian. When the pizza was brought to the table by the petson that seemed to be the manager, he insulted my order (and me by proxy) by saying how much he hates nit just my toppings, but their smell. To add insult to injury, they don't know how to slice a pizza. They only cut them into kidfie squares, NOT adult slices. I told him several times before I paid, as well as making sure the "cook" heard that I hate square pieces. If I didn't pay first, or I could have gotten a refund, I would have left. Cutting squares is NOT AN AMERICAN HABBIT! As far as I am concerned, this is NOT an American or Italian place anymore.
