They are helpful and the staff is nice. the price they charge is insanely low. And they know what they are doing. Recommended if you need a quick and inexpensive repair on your computer.

Worst service. Perfect example of what customer service should not be. They don't understand english nor french properly. I was speaking both language trying to figure out what is best for them. I came to the store asking for a diagnosis for my computer. I told them I need it back latest tomorrow night, since I am leaving on vacation. They said "ok no problem, I will call you tomorrow in the afternoon to tell you the diagnosis". Perfect. I leave. No call during the next day. I live 5 mins away from their store. I called them close to closing time asking if I could come pick my computer up. They said sure but we are closing. I said im 5 mins away, is that ok? The clerk says "ok". I show up and the shop lights are shut. The store is closed. I said to them I needed my computer the next day, fixed or not fixed. You know! I'd rather you tell me "don't show up than make me come to the store to look at a storefront. So unprofessional. And they weren't even able to fix my computer. Had to come in the day of my flight and I even had to pay 20$ for the diagnosis. No apology. He even agued with me telling me if I understood what "closing time" meant. I do not recommend.

This is an expert computer store that you can confidently trust for all your repairs, needs, advise re computer stuffs. My laptop broke down. In store in the morning, repaired in the afternoon. Cost 3, 4 times lower than what I expected. Thank Super Infotech and I will be very happy to follow your success. V. Doduc

I left my smart phone with them. It was a Sony Xperia, which had a problem with charging. They were very flaky and kept telling me that it would be diagnosed within "Two days" It turned out to be one month overall after numerous attempts to retrieve my cellphone I kept having to go back and forth. I obviously could not call beforehand because I had no other phone. I am very unsatisfied and the 25$ I spent on this "Techinician" was more like a charity. Thanks for nothing. Won't be doing business ever again.
