Client of 4 years. Went away on vaca with no service for a month, due to an error on my card, payment bounced back more than once. Didn't have phone or service, so I never knew but it was for 1 payment they didnt call me either, I had absolutely no warning of this happening. So I explained myself, they respond there's nothing they can do. Canceled and won't have me back for 1 missed payment. I could of paid a whole year in advance if that's the deal they wanted, but they wanted nothing to do with me anymore. What a slap in the face. All the fees ended up costing around 200$ extra just to close and cancel everything. Just horrible. Don't go there !
Not sure the location, as I dealt over the phone. I have a 2016 trailer which required a significant amount of work this summer. My insurance states it covers most of the work, but when I tried to get it covered, between them and the dealer, it was normal wear and tear.
