5/5!!! Great new experience!! I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant with my son for a while and when I saw they were having a pizza special on Aug 20 it turned out to be perfect as it was my son’s birthday as well. I easily made reservations online at the John St. Location and they sent me a text confirmation right away. We arrived on time and we were greeted and seated in a nice clean booth , I loved the whole open concept look of the restaurant. You can see the whole kitchen and watch them cook everything, loved it! It took a few minutes for the servers to get organized as they had just opened but we were patient and a very nice young lady greeted us at our table with smiles and water. We ordered 4 pizzas please see pics below also ordered the calamari . Everything came to our table quickly and very fresh!! The calamari was the best I’ve ever had!! It was so tender and crispy outside, so delicious!! The pizzas were all amazing!! I love the taste, sauce and great crust perfectly baked! The manager also gave us a coupon for free bruschetta for next time which I will definitely be using. This restaurant is amazingly clean and there is so many more things I will be back to try. Thank you Industria for being a great place to eat and for having us and for making a wonderful memory for my son’s birthday. To anybody reading this review the answer is YES, go eat here!!!
I highly recommend Industria Pizzeria. Industria is a modern take of old world Italian flavors and dishes. One of my favorite dishes the grilled calamari - if you close your eyes while eating you'll feel like your on a coastal town in Italy. The staff are phenomenal and the cooks are magic. The environment is welcoming, clean and professional. Do not pass the opportunity to enjoy everything Industria has to offer.
Wow.. I’ve been wanting to try this for a long time and I’m really glad I did and I will definitely be ordering from there again. I got the ‘All Dressed’ pizza which is pepperoni, red peppers and mushrooms - they’re very generous with the toppings. Very thin but flavourful slightly chewy crust, I had to fold the slices in half to eat, like New York style pizza.. I got the garlic dipping sauce as well, it’s pretty good but VERY garlicky. I also got the fried mozzarella, which was amazing - a little pricey, but I will get them again.. they’re mozzarella balls lightly breaded & deep fried with Parmesan cheese served with a really tasty marinara sauce. Caesar salad was also good, but you really can’t ever go wrong with Caesar salad.. I’m looking forward to trying more of their pizzas & some of the pastas! If you're craving a really good pizza, you won’t regret ordering from here.
tbh I'm not a pasta nor Pizza lover before, but my friend strongly recommended this place, so i decided to give it try. And guess what? It works like a magic. Ordered fettucine alfredo. The fettuccine is chewy, and the sauce is just on point, not too rich and definitely not plain. Chicken is tender too. And their staff is super friendly, interior is nice. I think i’m into pasta again.
Pizza is amazing. The dough is not thin not thick, just perfect. Carnivoro is great and Industria was an outstanding surprise.
Well the food is pretty good, I'd even say great... But, I feel like I paid 3× the price of almost anywhere else, and was it 3× as good? Meh, not really. It's a nice place to sit and I can't complain about the food, it was tasty and fresh. But what you'll pay for 2 people to have a nice meal & glass or 2 of beer/wine you could probably make homemade pizzas for a week! If you're rolling in money, go for it...I guess I was expecting my mind blown for the high price tag, and while it was good, I doubt I'd come back here unless for a special occasion. Service was decent, did seem a bit lopsided with 1-2 servers hustling and the rest gabbing away as patrons start to look impatient. But I can't complain, was served quickly and she was very sweet & enthusiastic, almost made up for the slackers! All in all, it was nice to try but I think a bit overpriced for what you get. And for around $5-$6 you can go to Red Swan pizza for a really good personal pizza AND still put gas in your car or get dog food...call me cheap but that's a win!
Got the grilled calamari and wood oven pizzas. Both were very delicious. Neopolitan style pizza with quality but not super fancy toppings. Service was attentive. The restaurant itself is huge so finding a table is easy any time I've been. Vegetarian options: Margarita pizza, Funghi pizza etc.
Good service, good food and good drinks. We got complementary birthday dessert and shots.
Ordered the Alfredo Fettucine after seeing MapleArk’s review but honestly it was pretty disappointing. The pasta itself was great but the overall dish was quite bland. The rest of the food at the table seemed much better so I’ll definitely be coming back to try the other dishes. Our server was kind and quick.
It’s a nice and cozy pizzeria in downtown Hamilton. The food was slightly above average yet the atmosphere and staff were amazing. Good customer service. The washrooms were very clean and all the COVID-19 protocols were met. I would recommend to check this place out if you are around the area for an intimate pizzeria experience
