I want to give this restaurant more than 5 star for providing excellent customer service and for serving the best quality food. We ordered Butter chicken, Rogan goshgoat curryveg platter and Naan. Order a few items: gobi 65, allow paratha and papri chat. For some reason they don't give tomato sauce even when I asked for twice they said they don't have. The Gobi 65 was over cooked, super salty and the worst I ever had. My 2 yr kids was troubling and they didn't share the WiFi. Papri chat was super sweet, allo partha was ok but no yogurt and no sauce with it at all. Just not sure how they have 4.4 raring overall likely fake reviews.
We decided to give a Local place a try , seeing as how we don't live far from Indique and passed it numerous times we decided why not. My group and I went for dinner and I gotta say we were quite impressed. We started with an order of garlic Naan bread, the bread was piping hot and tasted strongly of garlic, next our butter chicken arrived, the butter chicken sauce here is quite nice a touch of heat and rich in cream, it accompanied the garlic Naan very nicely, as we were finishing our orders of butter chicken our assorted tandoori platter arrived, the assortment of flavors with chicken and beef, we were quite satisfied. Really enjoyed the meal we will be back. Also to the lone working male server, I don't envy your job on Friday night, how you were able to keep an eye on a packed restaurant and provide speedy service is beyond me, good job!
Been here a few times and every time the service and food have been very good. Last couple times I’ve gone with a big group and they were very accommodating, polite and helpful. All the times I’ve gone, I always get the butter chicken and there’s always plenty of sauce for the dish to go with the rice and garlic naan that I get with it. The flavour is just right and the spice level is perfect for someone like me who can’t handle spice well. Makes for a very good lunch the next day as well when I can’t finish it all. Will continue going back when I get the chance. Dietary restrictions: Friends that were gluten free or had cashew and pistachio allergies were able to eat here. Just make sure to ask which dishes are safe if you have those dietary restrictions.
Quaint beautifully decorated establishment! The atmosphere is amazing and the food is spectacular. It's always fresh and easy to inhale! I love their butter chicken with garlic nan and rice! The owner Prakash is very friendly and always seems to greet me with a smile! The prices are fair and the location is easy! 5 stars! Recommend all day!!
Our first time here. We ordered vegetarian samosa, Mano Chicken Curry and lamb vindaloo with rice and fresh garlic bread. Everything was delicious and homey. They were served in bowls with lots of extra sauce to mix with rice or dip in the bread. There were left overs that was enough for another course of lunch or dinner. Also, the owner of the restaurant was very welcoming and kind, he checked on us to make sure we are enjoying our time. We will be back!
We came here on new years eve for dinner. There were three of us and we ordered 3 dishes, and appetizers and rice and Naan bread. We were all very pleased with the flavours, the prompt service and the price. I've been coming here for a number of years now, and it is consistently excellent food and service.
We are regulars to indique restaurant. The food here is so delicious and fresh. We ordered chicken biryani, gobi 65, lacha paratha and malai kofta. Everything was very authentic. The restaurant owner prakash was so nice and made sure service was great
Really unique and delicious dishes; Full of flavour. The eggplant is by far my favourite. One time I found the chicken in one dish dry, otherwise I would have given it a 5. Fast and curious service. Have only taken out.
Always enjoy eating at Indique. One of the more traditional Indian restaurants in the west of Calgary. Thoroughly recommend, for pick up or eat in! Vindaloo is great. Madras is great. Had lunch there today and it was awesome! Parking: Lots of parking!
