This is a great place to take your vehicle if you're expecting quality service on the front and back end. I've gotten to know some of their mechanics as well as their receptionist Elizabeth. Elizabeth has done a fantastic job of explaining things to me in a very simple way which is greatly appreciated. Her patience and kindness is also a great asset to the team and I hope they realize they're very lucky to have her.

Thank you guys for an overall great service experience one of the best I have had in the Auto industry in my last 10 years living in Burnaby.

The only reason I haven't graded at five stars is due to a recent project which was a little slow and the communication could have been a bit better. I understand things get very busy with customers and it's hard to be perfect but at the same time they could have booked less projects and been a little clearer with me in the communication.

These guys are great - I've been taking my Mazda Protege here for years. Quick service, labour rates are reasonable, and they're very honest when it comes to explaining what work is critical and what can wait. Location is very convenient, right next to Royal Oak sky train station, so it's easy to get around if you want to drop your car off for the day.

Been having my vehicle serviced here for many years and haven't had a bad experience.  Pretty dependable,  fairly quality work (and if something goes amiss, they address it pretty quick to make it right), and reasonable rates.

did oil change.. they left my engine and the outside of car covered in oil.. spent all day cleaning it .. dont know if their mechanics are drunk or they just dont care... never again!

Would not recommend to do any replacement parts. Window still malfunctions. Oil changes are fine though
