They make it impossible to cancel your account but keep charging you even if you've canceled your credit card and hound you for "unpaid" charges a year later.

Nobody pick call . Super Worst customer service . The number mentioned above not in service

The worst customer service. They waited two and a half months to send our only and first warning as a last attempt, cause we never got a ticket on our windshield or any other letter cause we were in our car charging for 20 mins. Asked to speak to Superviser twice now call back. I wish I could steal money like that and call it legal.

I have left four messages with their office in an attempt to receive a replacement cheque from them for nearly $1000. Nobody ever answers the phone, and nobody ever returns a call. Given the reviews I see here I suppose I should not be surprised.

Absolutely abhorrent business practices and policies. They don't respond to emails, even their own forms, and calling them always leads to a canned message that they're experiencing higher than normal call volumes and are not taking any calls at this time. They shouldn't be allowed to get contracts for parking lots. Just the worst.
