EasyPark Lot 4

My car was surrounded by junkies and one streaking individual. They do have genesis security in a green car but I feel bad because they can’t really enforce much. Street parking where you can see your car yourself is a better idea near here.

Safe. Patrolled in person and by vehicle. Unreserved gated monthly parking is safe. The sheriffs use it for their vehicles.

They put Electric Vehicle only stalls that are not very visibly marked and don't have charging station, which to me is just a trap to get more fine money. I parked on an empty lot, paid for parking, and got a 60 dollar fine because I didn't see the tiny EV logo underneath the 'hourly parking' sign.

Paid for parking and got fined $80 because I didn’t see their “big” sign. The security saw everything and could’ve told me but didn’t.

My spouse is the driver between us... She likes parking here because security is tight which offers a safe environment to load and unload stuff to and from our car...

easypark is easily the worst parking company in the lower mainland , parkade is filled with crackheads and unpatrolled

Beware! I paid for parking here, and received two tickets for non-payment within a few hours of each other. Looks like the security here typed in my licence plate number differently for each "violation" too. What a nightmare. Parked on the street the next night and it was less expensive.
