Imperial Diner

My grandparents are of advanced age and love this restaurant. When we bring them here all of the staff are so attentive and engaging and just make their day. I thank them very much for that. And the food is very good. I encourage you to try this mom and pop business you will be very happy you did.Food: 5/5

Awesome family restaurant. The food is always to die for. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive the whole time. I can’t wait to go eat out with my family next weekend. She was so engaged with my kids and said she had girls herself. I would highly recommend to any family!

Have stopped there for breakfast, lunch and dinner on different occasions. We always run into the same problems. The servers are friendly but the service is always extremely slow. We visited for dinner and waited 10 minutes before a server attended our table. For reference, the restaurant was about half full. We placed standard dinner orders and then waited 40 minutes to get our food. No one ever came back once our food was served. No one refilled our coffee or even checked to make sure everything was okay. The food was lukewarm and mediocre at best. After searching the restaurant for our waitress, we had to stop another waitress to request our bill. I took another 15 minutes before we got our bill. We've run into the same issues all three times. All three times we had slow to poor service, waited ridiculous length of time for food, and once served, we became invisible. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants good food in a reasonable amount of time and good service. After three attempts we're pretty sure none of that's going to happen. Parking: 2 handicap spots and one virtually inaccessible

Food very tasty, especially chicken. One of the best fries I tried if done slightly crispy, but $3 for a small cup of " premium tea" lol that costs 20 cents ??? Cole slaw could be better. Overall good family place to get tasty dinner.Food: 4/5

I go to this restaurant at least once a week and I always leave this place happy. We went on Tuesday for dinner the place seemed to be busy for a Tuesday but the service was amazing as always and the food was hot and tasted like never before. Our waitress was so pleasant ,came to check on us and made sure our coffe and water was refilled. I love this waitress she has a little accent. We can’t wait to see you ladies again. The best family restaurant!

Food was good, service was very non attentive, the waitress got us to our seat, took our order, but a different waitress brought the food, we had to literally chase our waitress down for condiments and never saw her again till she wanted to collect payment. We were never asked "how's your meal" or "would you like a pop refill" I won't return based on the service alone, the food was good just not outstanding, with the costs of going out to eat rising all the time I'm not giving back to an establishment that doesn't provide superior customer service Sorry you had your chance and blew it with us

Really impressed waitress was great didn't get her name. Food was hot, large portions. Restaurant was clean, vary nice experience . We will definitely be back again.

Stopped in for lunch, which was great! Can’t beat the broasted chicken…Service was excellent, and it was a cool diner-style atmosphere. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend this spot!

We came for breakfast Sunday November 27 and it was absolutely fantastic. The service and food was wonderful and we loved the old school diner feel. We will definitely be back!
