The name of this salon does not live up to its expectation. I booked an acrylic fill at this location because the reviews were decent compared to other nail salons in St. Albert. The location was also conveniently close to my home as well. I have worked in a nail salon as a receptionist for 4 years in the past so I understand the ins and outs of nails. I could tell from the very beginning it was going to be a bad experience. The nail tech who did my nails used a cuticle cutter to cut off pieces of my previous acrylic that was lifting. She did that to all 10 finger nails. I have never seen a nail tech do this and I understood that by doing this, the structural integrity of my nails would not be strong and would eventually result in my nails breaking sooner then it should. The shaping of my nails were horrendous. I asked her to fix the shape 2 times but there comes a time when you realize that a person is not capable of doing the job. After the second mention, I gave up on all hopes it was going to turn out good. As she was painting my nails, she was using a cuticle pusher to clean the Shellac polish that was bleeding onto my cuticles. I realize that certain colors will bleed making it difficult to paint; however, it can be done nicely without having to use a cuticle pusher to clean the edges. There are tiny air bubbles in the Shellac polish, my nails are uneven, and the gel overlay on my thumb is textured. I will include pictures to show others the results. I tried hard to make conversation with the nail tech during my time at the salon but she made very little effort to reply. I think she spoke four words to me during my time at the salon. I would say customer service is definitely lacking in that department. She was more concerned about calling her next client and asking her where she was then putting in an effort with my nails and/or experience. Never again will I make the mistake of going to a random salon just for the convenience of it. Don’t recommend.

Absolutely Immaculate Thanks to Nicole. I have been getting artificial nails for years and I can’t believe the beautiful work that she did! She was absolutely meticulous in making sure they were shaped perfectly and they were nicely thin.  I’m her client for life LOL. Thank you Nicole. See you again. Had an amazing experience here! They had total availability for my walk-in. Lin was fast to greet me and got my pedicure started right away. She did a great job on my feet that definitely needed some TLC. I also got a new set of acrylics which were also done to perfection. Lin was meticulous about the shape and finish on my nails. Needless to say they turned out great. I will definitely be coming here againServices:&nbsp;Dip powder

Outstanding experience. Nicole was excellent and very skilled.  The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend  and have already recommended to a friend who booked immediately for Friday. Immaculate is the right name for this place because it is truly that. I had another great experience at Immaculate Nails today. I had the OPI pedicure. I found the prices reasonable. The massage chairs were comfortable and my technician was attentive. Everything appeared clean. It was a gentle and relaxing 45 minutes! I always ask myself why I wait so long to go back!

I love the ladies at Immaculate. Had a dip nail repair and a manicure. They were so gentle with me and made every effort to fix my natural broken nail to match the rest. I will be back again and telling friends. Thank you Ladies! Services:&nbsp;Manicure

I went in and was a bit hesitant because I had never been before.  My nails were botched from the previous place, but they were able to make beauty from stone.

I had my nails done back in Oct 2017. They did a great job and it seemed clean. However, I recently took an out of town friend in for Mani/pedis and it was a whole different story. We had called ahead to make an apt but when we arrived we waited nearly half an hour. The place was packed and you could tell they were rushing through the clients. I decided to go ahead with it as they did a great job the first time. The tools were all very dirty and they did a very quick job. I paid over $100 for both and my nails didn’t last a week. I’m extremely disappointed. I’m not sure why they kept accepting walk-ins when they could barely keep up with the clients who had appointments. I feel ripped off. Would not recommend!
