Lidia was amazing! Coming into the salon with dark warm brown hair and golden hilites, I wanted to transition from colouring my grey regrowth every 5 weeks to letting my natural grey hair come in. My goal is to not have to colour my hair anymore and she achieved this with one visit! I’m now a sexy salt and pepper lady! Looks so natural and I won’t have to come in every 5 week to get the grey covered because it just blends my natural grey. I look like a natural salt and pepper now. I can just let it grow and embrace my silver fox look! 10/10 and this comes from myself, whom was a stylist for 12 years! I couldn’t have had it turn out any better! Today I had an appointment with Sara, one of the apprentice stylists, for a haircut and style. Sara was a true professional from start to finish. At the beginning of my appointment she made sure she understood exactly what I wanted and then delivered to perfection. I felt pampered and left looking great! Thanks Sara, see you next time!

Went for makeup lessons, and asked to be shown how to apply natural looking makeup with light contouring. Unfortunately, the contouring just looked like I applied dark foundation all over my face, with no sculpting details. My husband asked if I had applied makeup my one eye and the stylist to the other because they looked different. I was essentially taught how the stylist applies her own makeup, which was great, but not at all what I asked for.

Accepted an appointment for a haircut with a junior stylist. After two hours during which another stylist was teaching and guiding I am so disappointed with the result. Not at all what I asked for. In fact the back of my head is a choppy mess. Will be going elsewhere to have it fixed. I didn't protest. I didn't want to make a fuss. I knew it was a junior stylist but once I got home, I realized my mistake. Hair grows back I guess but the person being trained lacks the basic skills needed to be successful. I asked for lighter hair colour such as an ombré or balayage look. I brought pictures to show what I wanted and what I absolutely did NOT want chunky zebra streaks. I asked for a VERY experienced hairdresser, as I am also a hairdresser. My hair pulled a lot of yellow/gold so she put a dark toner on it. She then styled it to cover up all her mistakes. I left and a week later the toner washed out and now I see chunky gold streaks everywhere. They charged me $275.00 for the streaks, cut and blow-dry. When I called to tell them about it, they wouldn’t fix it because too much time had passed, but they were sorry. So now I have to find another hairdresser to fix it!
