Imagine Health Centres - West Edmonton

I had called this morning at 9:30AM to see if I could bring my son in for a bad cough. They said walk in start at 11AM. So I made sure to be there at 10:30AM it is now 1:30PM and I am still waiting, with my 5yr old autistic son just to get some antibiotics now he is off the wall I'm completely frustrated just for a visit that will probably take 10 minutes. And cost me a small fortune. I would NOT recommend anyone come here as a walk in because they say "oh yeah we will get him right in,no need to get his name over the phone it won't be that long". Well 3 and a half hours later and we are still waiting... Not impressed at all 😡😡😡😡

They have next to no walk in availability, for non emergency but critical health issues, this is extremely inconvenient.

The staff here are very friendly and on the ball. I origionally started to go here to see Dr. Tam but everyone wants to see him so he's hard to get in to see. Dr. Aldridge has been fantastic as well working for over a year now to try and figure out my fatigue. Having been through every test and idea either of us can think of. I could see most other doctors trying to pass that kind of case on to someone else but not here. It feels like they actually care and that's hard to find these days in Edmonton.

The doctors generally are on time for appointments. All of them are very nice and give you the time you need; they are not in a rush while talking to you. They also do walk-in appointments.

Dr. Aldridge is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
