Came in wasn't not acknowledged for 5 minutes then said they'd be with us then 5 min more we was seated. There restaurant was not busy but the waitress was horrible. She cross contaminated our drinks by taking them off our table to refill. Will not go back when traveling in the area again.
It was spectacular everything was delicious the waitress was excellent and so was the manager. The food was delish. Will be back. My wife and I will return.
My kids ate free! That’s a plus! Most of all the service was great! We were not ignored we had multiple people ask if we were helped even while waiting. Right now there is a grinch theme for the pancakes! Very clever and delicious! Food was awesome and I will eat here again with the family.
The day wasnt to slow for us. As for the people behind us it was tricky .We got in had a delicious breakfast and left satisfied and happy. No more than a 10 to 16 minute wait in the car.
Waited first in line. No one greeted me. Then they took care of other customers before me. After waiting for over 10 minutes they asked if I wanted dine in . They had one side open and would not give me a both which no one was on other side.
The food took a long time to be served. They serve their scrambled eggs very runny. The waitress didn't check if we needed refills. It was overall a bad dining experience.
Great customer service!! The manager, Jamyrin Edwards, did a great job with making sure everyone was socially distanced properly. It took a little longer but I appreciate him being cautious and looking out for the customers safety and our food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely go back!
