Ok these guys did an amazing job, especially compared to other Timmy's nearby. I had a somewhat complicated order which wasn't made perfectly at first but as soon as I commented on how the sandwhich is supposed to be made, they grilled a new one for us immediately. The selection of bagels and pastries was great, the coffee was fresh and mixed proportionally correct, and the service was exceptionally professional and fast. This is the location I'll be coming back to in the future, and the one I recommend for others in the area.
Came in during the 8 inch blizzard today, got a large order of coffee and donuts for my colleagues. The service was kind, quick, and pleasant. The store, while sharing a wall and hallway with the gas station next door, is clean and well kept. The card reader accepts tap-to-pay as well! Parking is snug but there's a drive thru to compensate for the minimal space due to gas pumps.
Never again and I have been stopping in this place for years . The young woman with no personality at the register this morning rang me up incorrectly for two breakfast sandwiches and two hashbrowns despite me repeating my order of one sandwich/two hashbrowns. When she told me the amount due, I assumed it was higher than normal as all prices are higher these days. She was wrong and when I saw I had paid for an extra sandwich, I tossed it and called the store. Apparently I should have saved it overnight and rode around with it so I could turn it in tomorrow morning for credit. The woman I spoke to on the phone was not pleasant at all and the food I did eat was not that good to begin with. The hash browns literally fell apart because they were soaked in grease. Lots of other options in BH.
Most of the time, the people working here don't even acknowledge you and act like you are a bother. Also, they will not give back the coin portion of your change, just keep it like they don't owe it back to you. The only saving grace for this location is that the coffee they "prepare" is the usual Tim Hortons quality.
Everyday it's hit or miss, I have a trailer I can't go through the drive thru... 4 days a week they randomly have a sign saying drive thru only... this place is the absolute worst...Food: 4/5
Never have I been so upset at the quality. 2 customers before me had to return to have their food remade , should if taken the hint and went somewhere else. My English muffin was barely Luke warm , sausage undercooked, and hashbrowns limp and soggy.
Order a Tuscan chicken panini as usually. & a guy made this sandwich. Lazy horrible attitude I couldn’t come back same day to have them fix my meal. So I called & made a complaint. They said come back up when you can to fix things. So I took a picture thinking next time I go in they will give me a discount or at least a comp donut. But no! Smh bad customer service at this Tim Horton’s.
My coffee be burnt sometimes but they are good.
Always get a double double. It's always the same. In my case that is exactly what i want. A good cup of coffee.Food: 4/5
They made all my food correct and fast. It was the best. If they discontinue spicy maple sauce I'll never go Tim Hortons again.
