The food was not great. I ordered a little hamburger, it's a hamburger with one patty. The meat patty was very thin and started to fall into pieces. They did load the toppings on and made the hamburger look larger than it is. This might a marketing trick so you think you're getting a larger meal but the price does not equal the quality of food. My hamburger was over priced for what I received. I like the open concept kitchen so you can see everything that is going on. The kitchen staff was professional and met most health standards. The manager was very rude and started yelling at a door dash runner who came inside to pick up three hamburgers. Please get new management.
I love Five Guys fries and little cheeseburger. Oh, may I add a malt, yes!!! The food is always hot off the grill and the staff is always focused on serving exactly what you ordered. Great place to eat and feel satisfied. I’m stuffed!!!
Thank you to the three people working at 9:45pm on 1/19/2023. I was staying in Bloomfield Hills for work, I ended up working a 13 hours shift, by the time I got off and made it back to the hotel most restaurants were closed or closing. I seen their sign said open so I stopped in hoping to find something to eat for dinner, after finding several places closed, worried I would need to find something to eat at the hotel. I’ve worked in restaurants so I understand the end of the night, trying to clean and that last minute person walking in for food before closing. When I asked if they were still cooking the gentleman said yes, we’re open for 15 more minutes, he took my order with a smile and asked for here or to go. I was surprised he was so pleasant with being so late I told him I would take it to go to eat in my hotel room, he said don’t worry you can eat here. All 3 people were very nice, I took my food to go because I get it and just grateful for something to eat. My food was fresh, hot and delicious when I arrived back to the hotel. It was 2 gentlemen and a lady. Thank you for being friendly, cooking my dinner so late and being so welcoming to someone who arrived right before closing. These three people need to be recognized for being so wonderful, if they hadn’t been so friendly at closing I don’t know what I would’ve had for dinner. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
About as good of a burger as you’re going to get at a fast food place. Staff is great as well. However, the prices are bordering on ridiculous. Pushing $20 for a burger, fries, and a drink.
Always so good!! Fresh! Great service! Great food, and love thier peanuts and soda selection! They only thing was the jalapeños are rarely hot at all. They taste like bell peppers.Food: 5/5
It was absolutely Delicious, I had a bacon cheeseburger which was cooked to perfection. It was huge and exactly what I needed after an intense workout. I paired it with an endless fountain drink and regular size fries which was everything but regular sized. Plenty for two people but I decided to eat them all in one sitting. I understand the economy is jacked but 22$ for a combo is a little Ludacris. Would be 5 stars otherwise.
I have tried many Five Guys restaurants in MI, for some reason this location uses different meat than other locations, or perhaps it's prepared or grilled differently. The meat was very chunky and broken into pieces. The fries were up to standard, some of the peanuts were rotten from the inside. I am assuming moisture got I to the peanut bags due to long storage periods
Just superb as always. Personally, these "slop" burgers in a very good way I think are actually better than if you go out for gourmet burgers. PLUS... If you can handle a little kick... YOU MUST try the Cajun Fries. Potatoes are cut in restaurant, everyday... And the season - YUM!
If you’re going make the customer wait 15 min while you cook the burger patties, why not cook fresh bacon as well. I’ll never go with a bacon burger again unless this is corrected. Other than that a pretty good burger.
This was my first time ordering from Five Guys and I must say they did not disappoint. My burger was cooked to perfection, the fries were plentiful and they also had roasted peanuts. I really enjoyed the food as well as the service. My order was prepared fast, and the staff to was friendly and courteous. Great job Five Guys.
