Great dining. It’s even open on Christmas as of 2018. They handle a lot of requests like Chicken and Pancakes instead of Chicken and waffles. Only complaint is that we had to wait a LOOOONNNGGG time

The food was okay. I went with my family and of all 4 of us, only 2 enjoyed their meals. Portions are huge though so best to share. We ordered chocolate and red velvet pancakes to go. Sort of compensation for the food but was underwhelmed by the taste. Expected a lot more.

The IHOP food is always delicious, but the sevice today was embarrassing. When we entered as a party of 4, the 2 employees at the front walked away without greeting us or reassuring us someone was coming, or even acknowledge us. Then it took us 10 minutes to be noticed in our booth and order drinks, those arrived shortly after without any straws, creamer for coffee, or silverware to stir coffee or napkins. It took over 30 minutes between being seated and receiving pancakes. It wasn't very busy, so i recommend eating somewhere else if you're in a rush.

I have been coming to this location for years and have had nothing but the best experience! However, I only come on weekend mornings. Today, my visit happened to be during the week during what may seem to be the “lunch rush” but it was the complete opposite. There was no wait, although there was no hostess available upon our arrival - so we waited for quite sometime. In all honesty, it’s true when they say one bad visit can change everything. The waitress was completely rude when I asked her a question about substituting an item. She automatically said no before I could even finish and when I stated that I’ve done this in the past she said I would have to speak with a manager. So, that’s exactly what I asked for next. She was surprised when I did but her excuse for saying “no” didn’t sit well with me. As the manager approached our table, she seemed to have already made her mind up as well. She came towards our table stating that we could not substitute any items on the menu before I could get any word in. When she was done speaking, I stated exactly what I was looking to do which she said was ok. Therefore, what I was asking for was not un called for or something out of the ordinary. This location is definitely not the place to come to during the week at all!! Please only come on weekends as staff and management is horrible and rude during the week.

Great food, very clean but there where only 2 waitress for the whole restaurant we wait an hour to eat.
