It’s ihop. Long wait times. Understaffed. Corporate controlled. To be fair the food wasn’t bad and the service polite but i would pass. If you’re in the merrillville area go to Sofia’s. Rapid service. The food is infinitely better.
BEST AROUND FOOD ON POINT HOT AND FRESH
Paid with gift 20$ card and 10$ bill, waiter assumed the 10 was the tip and total was 23 something. Were asked to pay difference? We gave 30$, simple math. We don't owe anything more and are owed about 7$ SMH. Never received refills of 2.49$ drinks and our seat had a huge uncomfortable hole in it. Food was good though.
Love the service... and the food was good!
First I realize that the state of businesses is affected by the aftermath of Covid, but this place acts like they're doing customers a favor by even opening their doors. We stood for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged during a non-busy period. Finally walked out and went to a restaurant where we got served promptly.
