We have never seen a manager doing so much he was kind, while we was waiting for our food he was cleaning tables, bringing drinks and food to other tables. He was setting up tables and seating people. We got our food fast and our waitress was nice good customer service.
The drinks were awesome. However when I receive my food it was the wrong order and when they finally brought my order it was cold I was always told not to send food back because you don't know what they'll do to it so I just ate it drank my drink and left. Flavor-wise the food was good but it should have been hot seeing as I dined in.
Great location manager works hard remembers repeat customers and food is good. Some waitresses could use a bit of training on the term friendly service but not all. More often than not, you get good servers. Great spot to watch your favorite sports teams. Keep it up!

This is one of the most unique Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. Multiple rooms, plenty of screens and food is always great. I like the night life down in Valparaiso area and this fits perfectly in place. Great place to hang out.
When taking a carry out call the person on the business side should be a little more knowledgeable of the processes with the app! Why is there a need to talk extremely fast where your words are jumbled and unclear! Customers should not have to say huh? Poor communication skills.
